Reach for our Apple Eau de Vie when you need a unique PNW alternative to vodka or white rum

daiquiri

Not your overly-sweet, vacation resort, blended daiquiri. This is a classic for a reason and super simple to make!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Hollow Core Eau de Vie

  • .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • .5 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake for 10 seconds, or until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lime.

A classic tiki style cocktail with our Hollow Core and Amaro Rosina.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Hollow Core

  • .75 oz Amaro Rosina

  • 1 oz Pineapple

  • .5 oz Demerara Syrup

  • .5 oz Lime Juice

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake for 10 seconds, or until chilled. Strain into a rocks or collins glass with crushed ice.

Fancy and pretty with a boozy kick

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Hollow Core

  • 1 oz. Pineapple

  • .5 oz Luxardo Syrup (1:1)

  • .5 oz Lemon Juice

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake for 10 seconds, or until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with maraschino cherry.

THE classic James Bond Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Highside Gin

  • 1 oz Hollow Core

  • .5 oz Lillet Blanc

  • Garnish: Expressed lemon peel

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake for 10 seconds, or until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with fresh lemon peel.
