Peated Single Malt Release + Brisket from Salish Sea Greens

Join us on Saturday, May 9th from 2-5pm, as we release our first FULLY peated American Single Malt Whiskey! A big day for all you peat heads out there and something we've been looking forward to for nearly 6 years. 

This Whiskey of ours started with a 50/50 split mash bill with 50% Washington barley smoked with peat from Shelton, WA (courtesy of Skagit Valley Malting) and 50% imported Scottish barley and Scottish peat. Aged for over 5 years in used Bourbon casks and finished at 100 proof. This whiskey is light straw in color with a rich smoke on the nose and lingering earthy peat finish. We're stoked to finally get this out in the world.

AND this single cask whiskey is available to the general public, so even if you're not part of our Single Malt Society (why wouldn't you be?) you can get access to this limited bottle. However, stock will be limited and we'll open this up to our club members for pre-buy a week early. Plus we've got another special release in the works for our June club release that you won't want to miss.
