Join us for the release of our newest Single Malt Society whiskey — our first-ever Double New Oaked Single Malt — cohosted with our friends at Salish Sea Greens.

This one's a first for us: we fully aged this whiskey in a new oak barrel for 4.5 years, then transferred to ANOTHER new oak barrel to finish for another 8 months. Super robust and oak forward, with a punchy vanilla and caramel character on the palate. We're pouring complimentary tastes for everyone who comes through the door.

Salish Sea Greens will be on-site with freshly shucked oysters, available for purchase — pair them with a pour or one of our cocktails and make a real afternoon of it.

Open to the public — you don't need to be a Single Malt Society member to come taste it. Stop in, try a pour, grab some oysters, meet the team, and see where it's all made.
